Lazy Cook's Decadent Chocolate Cake

Ingredients: 1 box of devil’s food cake mix 1 small package of instant chocolate pudding mix ¾ cup of vegetable oil 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs ½ cup strong coffee or espresso (cooled) 2 cups dark chocolate chips

Steps: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, coffee and sour cream. Mix in chocolate cake mix and pudding mix.  Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into well-greased cake pans or bundt pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cool cake for at least an hour before inverting onto a plate.
Optional topping: chocolate ganache, a light dusting of powdered sugar, or fresh berries.
